• Support the COO in crafting a comprehensive roadmap or plan to achieve world-class operational excellence over the next 3 to 5 years.
• Establish and lead a steering committee focused on advancing operational excellence and attaining world‑class standards.
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current operational state and develop projections for the desired future state at three‑year and five‑year intervals, utilising Lean methodology and Six Sigma process control techniques to guide this transformation.
• Formulate a long‑term strategy for digitalization, technology adoption, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) implementation, guided by the established roadmap and assessment.
• Champion the KAIZEN philosophy and culture and establish the adoption of Lean methodology in the organization through training, coaching/mentoring.
