Manager, Capacity Management

Job Summary

Lead and manage associates responsible for providing Capacity Planning and Management to overall Ensono shared IT infrastructure and contracted client environments. This position requires an individual that can also be hands-on and able to step-in at times to perform functions. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for providing capacity management capabilities for large, diverse and fast-growing infrastructures which include Mainframe, IBMi/AIX, and Private Cloud environments. Responsibilities include overall governance of Global IT Capacity Management for multi-location hosted environments. Developing capacity strategies which support organizational and tower lead support initiatives. Delivering solutions that provide repeatable metrics to measure organizational infrastructure capacity and provide input to resource trending and forecasting.
