Manager, Case Management is responsible for case management of a high volume of workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies, with a primary focus on harassment and discrimination investigations, and other Walmart Code of Conduct related investigations, across Canada in Walmart's retail sites and support offices.

Manager, Case Management position supports the team in prioritizing and managing complex investigation matters, including written communications and policy analysis. In this role, the case manager will also conduct a certain scope of investigations in accordance with applicable law and policy.
