Manager, Case Management- 18 Months Contract

Overview

Manager, Case Management is responsible for case management of a high volume of workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies, with a primary focus on harassment and discrimination investigations, and other Walmart Code of Conduct related investigations, across Canada in Walmart’s retail sites and support offices. This is a contract position for 18 months.

What You'll Do

• Support the team in prioritizing and managing complex investigation matters, including written communications and policy analysis.
• Conduct a certain scope of investigations in accordance with applicable law and policy.
• Engage in trend analysis and develop appropriate reports to share with senior leadership.
• Deliver a scope of workplace investigation training to new investigators assigned to conduct formal harassment and discrimination investigations at Walmart.
