Category Strategy & Growth:

  • Define and execute the holistic strategy for category across D2C, marketplaces, and retail channels.
  • Optimize product mix, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to drive growth across all sales platforms

P&L Management

  • Take full ownership of the category's Profit & Loss across all channels, balancing revenue growth with margin optimization.
  • Develop pricing and promotional strategies tailored to different platforms while maintaining profitability.
