Key Responsibilities
Category Strategy & Growth:
- Define and execute the holistic strategy for category across D2C, marketplaces, and retail channels.
- Optimize product mix, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to drive growth across all sales platforms
P&L Management
- Take full ownership of the category's Profit & Loss across all channels, balancing revenue growth with margin optimization.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies tailored to different platforms while maintaining profitability.
Multi-Channel Performance Optimization
- Enhance conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and repeat purchases across D2C, e-commerce marketplaces, and offline retail.
