We are looking for a Manager - CEO’s Office to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, ensure execution discipline, and enable effective decision-making across the organization.
Role Overview
As Manager - CEO’s Office at Scry AI, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication. You will support the CEO in prioritizing initiatives, tracking progress on strategic goals, coordinating across functions, and ensuring alignment between leadership intent and on-ground execution. This role requires exceptional judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with ambiguity at a fast pace.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution Support
- Support the CEO in defining strategic priorities, OKRs, and execution roadmaps
- Track progress across key initiatives and ensure timely follow-through by stakeholders
- Prepare briefing materials, dashboards, and updates for leadership reviews and board discussions
Cross-Functional Coordination and Governance
- Act as a central coordination point between the CEO’s office and functional leaders
- Ensure alignment across product, sales, marketing, operations, and finance initiatives
- Drive accountability by following up on action items, decisions, and commitments
Business Analysis and Decision Support
- Conduct structured analysis on business performance, market opportunities, and strategic options
- Develop business cases, presentations, and insight-driven recommendations for leadership
- Support ad hoc strategic projects, special initiatives, and critical problem-solving efforts
Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO when required
- Support preparation for executive meetings, customer interactions, and partner discussions
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment in leadership messaging across the organization
Process Improvement and Operational Excellence
- Identify gaps in execution, communication, and decision-making processes
- Design and implement lightweight processes to improve speed, visibility, and accountability
- Continuously improve how the CEO’s office operates as a strategic enabler
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or chief of staff–type roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or C-level executives
- Close attention to detail with strong ownership and execution discipline
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
