JOB PURPOSE

The Change Management Manager (Communications) is responsible for shaping and delivering clear, compelling change narratives that help stakeholders understand, adopt, and embrace change. This role focuses on strategic change communication, visual storytelling, and the development of high-quality communication materials using modern tools and platforms.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Change Communication & Narrative

  • Develop and articulate a clear, consistent, and engaging change narrative aligned with business strategy and transformation goals.
  • Translate complex change initiatives into simple, audience-focused messages that drive understanding and adoption.
  • Ensure messaging addresses the “why, what, how, and impact” of change for different stakeholder groups.
