Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Purpose of the Role To lead and execute interior fit-out projects and ensure the effective technical maintenance and upkeep of facilities, while adhering to quality, safety, statutory, and organizational standards. Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Project Management • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of interior fit-out projects. • Coordinate closely with architects, MEP consultants, and cost consultants to ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and timely execution. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables. Technical Maintenance & Facility Upkeep • Oversee maintenance activities for MEP systems to ensure smooth facility operations. • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all relevant systems. • Ensure minimal downtime and efficient functioning of all technical services.
