Role Overview:

The person will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving structural designs related to PEB, steel structures, and RCC works. The role ensures compliance with statutory codes, safety standards, constructability requirements, and effective coordination with architectural, MEP, and project teams.

• The role involves reviewing and validating structural design calculations for PEB systems, including primary and secondary members, as well as hospital and commercial building structures. The incumbent will verify all load assumptions such as dead load, live load, wind load, and seismic load, and ensure that load combinations are applied in accordance with applicable IS codes.
