**Role Overview:** As Manager, Client Operations, your mission is to build and support standard affiliate operational processes, ensuring a smooth and effective client journey. **Responsibilities**
+ **Subject Matter Expert:** Master our affiliate technology suite, blending your skills to provide top-tier support and guidance to our internal account teams. Serve as a subject matter expert of our tools and capabilities in a vertical (Retail, Travel, Finance, etc)
+ **Collaborative Partner:** Work alongside teams in Client Strategy, Media Planning, Finance, Client Integration, and Client Development to streamline operations and drive process efficiencies. Champion product and process adoption across your team.
+ **Project Manager:** Use our data to understand prioritization needs and team capacity to delegate tasks across your team, ensuring that team and client tasks are delivered on time and within scope.
+ **Efficiency Expert:** Use tools and analysis of team data to recommend cross-functional workflows to support successful affiliate marketing campaigns and proactively identify and recommend improvements to our processes and workflows.
+ **Solutions Advocate:** Foster and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships. Provide troubleshooting support and share standard processes for program and technology management. Participate in cross-functional stakeholder groups.
+ **Documentation Owner:** Create and maintain up to date documentation so that our teams have reliable resources and can execute tasks appropriately.
+ **Dynamic Team Leader:** Support the growth and development of your direct reports, and foster a positive, engaged, and successful team culture.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in operations or a related field, particularly in client interaction and service delivery.
+ Excellent customer service skills, ideally with 12+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
+ Experience leading a team, including managing team roles and responsibilities, capacity planning, managing team growth and development, and performance reviews and feedback.
+ Strong project management skills to ensure the team is delivering consistent processes, communication and outcomes with a keen eye on identifying errors or areas from improvement to better output.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, JIRA) and Project Management tools (Asana, Teamwork) a plus
+ High capacity for problem-solving with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
