Qualification: Postgraduate /Graduate with additional qualification in Marketing.

Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of overall experience with proven experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  2. Collaborate with clients to define event objectives, createstrategies, and recommend solutions that meet their goals.
  3. Develop and manage accountbudgets, timelines, and event planningprocesses.
  4. Oversee the delivery of events, ensuringthey meet clientexpectations, are executed on time, and stay within budget.
  5. Build and maintain strongclient relationships, becominga trusted advisorand point of contact.
  6. Lead client meetings, presentations, and event strategysessions, delivering clear and impactful communications.
  7. Identify opportunities to expandaccounts, offering additional services and solutions that align with client needs.
  8. Ensure effective internal communication and collaboration with creative, logistics, and production teams.
  9. Prepare post-event reports, analyzeperformance metrics, and make recommendations for future events.
  10. Stay aheadof industry trendsand maintain a network of potential vendors,partners, and collaborators.
  11. Handle any issues or challenges that arise duringthe event lifecycle, ensuring resolution and client satisfaction.
