Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for leading efforts to improve patient throughput across Piedmont Rockdale Hospital. This role involves managing a portfolio of throughput-related initiatives that are collaborative, cross-functional, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will proactively plan for capacity and surge mitigation, address patient safety risks, and ensure seamless operations through ongoing communication with hospital leadership. Strong critical thinking, communication skills, management experience, and a solid understanding of throughput processes are highly recommended.
