We are hiring Manager - Clinical & Lab Operations based from Andheri Mumbai.


Below is a brief of Roles and responsibilities;


  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to oversee the clinical processes, standard procedures, equipment concerns and other new facilities which are developing in the organization.
  • Monitor the performance of the centers in terms of revenue & profitability against targets and take corrective steps as and when required. Simultaneously, coordinating with the Accounts team to ensure all the payments are settled on time.
  • Undertaking and providing comprehensive support to the new projects reserved by the organization.
  • Escalate unresolved process and non-adherence related issues to management for prompt resolution of any issues at any center.
  • Bestow persistent support to all the consultants, on-call doctors, and patients.
  • Provide ceaseless reinforcement training with other consultants ensuing updated standard flow of process and appropriate functionality of it at all the centers of Indira IVF Hospital.
  • Working in close collaboration with the leadership group to develop the strategic direction and operational blueprint of the Clinical Department.
  • Initiating periodic clinical, medical and compliance reviews in coordination with other Managers and Heads to ensure timely execution of all the initiatives with religious follow-ups.
  • Preparing periodic reports by gathering, analyzing, and scrutinizing all the data for business development and other clinical meetings / presentations.
  • Should have adequate knowledge of Legal Compliances for running a hospital
  • Should be open to travel Pan India as an when required
