We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance leader to manage QA/QC activities within Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) for a CIB environment.

Level: M2
Experience: 12–15/16 years overall | 5–7 years in team management
Location: Hyderabad
Mandatory: CIB background
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop QA professional teams handling moderate to high-risk, complex deliverables
Direct and administer end-to-end Quality Assurance & Quality Control programs for CLM
Define QA standards, activities, and governance framework
Interpret, execute, and recommend enhancements to companywide QA policies
Represent QA function with senior management and key stakeholders
Manage people and financial resource allocation
Drive talent development, performance culture, and continuous improvement
