Job Description
- Attending the walk-in customer and taking them through the entire project presentation and service them with excellent sales experience
- Ensure after catering to clients' requirement, convert that query into a final sale by offering the best deal
- Post sale, offer them after-sale service experience at the site office
- Ensure to get more business from the booked client by offering them sales experience and explaining the loyalty model
- Seek references from existing clients to generate business and also build relationships with existing clients
- Optimize the retention ratio by offering the best solution to the cancellation client
- Arrange and manage Loyalty events for booked clients and for their friends and family
- To submit the work report on a weekly and monthly, quarter basis
- Update Salesforce for follow up and feedback for attended customers
- Any other report as and when required by the management
