Overview

What is the opportunity? The Manager, CM Performance Management will assist in advising key members of the COO and Strategy & Innovation leadership team; responsible for financial advisory, while building strong connectivity with the COO Functions and Strategy & Innovation business. This role supports continuous monitoring of key metrics by delivering financial analysis and helps build CM Finance’s capabilities to support CM’s strategic priorities around productivity and efficiency, enabling strategic business decisions through financial analysis including investment / initiatives prioritization, staffing and asset planning.
