Manager – Audio Visual and Animation
‘Co. Create’ is Abbott’s in-house creative agency based in Mumbai.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Manager – Audio Visual & Animation to lead and manage the end-to-end production of high-quality visual content. This role demands a creative leader with deep expertise in 2D/3D animation, film production, live video shoots, and augmented reality, along with hands-on proficiency in tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, and advanced photography techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Individual contributor as well as leading team of 3 audio visual skill set
  • Lead and manage a team of animators, editors, videographers, and AV technicians.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AV and animation projects—from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to align visual storytelling with brand strategy.
  • Technical Execution:

  • Direct and manage live leadership video shoots, ensuring high production quality.
  • Supervise the creation of 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
  • Utilize Cinema 4D, Blender, and other industry-standard tools for modeling, rendering, and animation.
  • Integrate augmented reality (AR) elements into visual content where applicable.
  • Photography & Cinematography:

  • Lead high-end photography and videography sessions, including lighting, composition, and post-production.
  • Maintain and operate professional camera and AV equipment.
  • Quality & Innovation:

  • Ensure all outputs meet technical and creative standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in animation, AV tech, and immersive media.
  • Drive innovation in storytelling using emerging technologies like AR/VR.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animation, Film Production, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in AV production, animation, or related creative fields.
  • Proven expertise in:

  • Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • 2D/3D animation pipelines
  • Live video production and direction
  • Professional photography and lighting techniques
  • Augmented Reality (AR) integration
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a creative agency or in-house brand studio.
  • Familiarity with Unity/Unreal Engine for AR/VR content.
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio post-production.
