About the role:
As the Manager, Commercial Agreements, you will lead Parks Victoria's Commercial Agreements Unit, ensuring the effective negotiation, preparation, and management of leases, licences, permits and legislative consents for commercial, community, and infrastructure activities across the Parks estate. Your role will ensure agreements deliver value, comply with legislative and policy requirements - including Traditional Owner rights - and support conservation and visitor outcomes in line with government policies for Crown land.
