Overview

MT Talent Solutions Inc. is proud to partner with a trusted client to source a new Manager, Commercial Insurance for a newly created role. This role reports directly to the President and will oversee the Commercial Service Team. The manager will ensure the efficient, compliant, and client‑focused operations of the team. The Manager is also responsible for team performance, including streamlining workflows, designing and implementing training plans, procedural documents, and operational resources. This role is key to the Leadership team and participates in building rapport with insurance companies and clients, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of planning and brokerage growth strategies.
