  • CA or MBA Finance

Role & responsibilities:

•Experience of leading IT commercial Pricing

•Well versed with different models used in IT industry and impact of the same on deal commercials

•Well versed with terminologies used in IT industry and impact of the same on commercial pricing

•Hands on experience of Financial modelling of multimillion It deals

•Responding to commercial section of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for IT outsourcing deals. Preparing Birlasoft and customer's business case

•Work closely with sales and delivery teams including senior management

•Create and review commercial construct of the deals. Responsible for creating Deal P&L's and Financials for each opportunity to keep track of margins

•Identify commercial risk involved and propose risk mitigation framework

•Able to Analyze and report statistical data comprising of Revenue/FTE, Cost/FTE, Zero Revenue resources, efficiency, billed head count

•Clear understanding of RFPs, MSA and SOWs. Should have an understanding of reviewing from Business Finance function stand point and highlighting the key risks/issues

•Review of and Mark-up commercial terms and conditions in a proposal

•Well versed with excel and able to prepare dashboards & other reports

•Develop and maintain pricing tool

•Create narratives & simulations to help inform decision-making
