Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Centre (NOC) Manager with expertise in 4G/5G Radio Access Network (RAN) integration, troubleshooting, and configuration management. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers responsible for ensuring seamless network integration, proactive monitoring, and rapid resolution of issues across multi-vendor RAN environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and operational excellence to maintain high network performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Integration & Deployment
    Oversee integration & troubleshooting of 4G/5G RAN nodes (eNodeB, gNodeB) into AT&T networks.
    Coordinate with vendors and GCs for software upgrades, parameter tuning, and interoperability testing.
    Ensure smooth rollout of new sites and features with minimal service disruption.
