Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Community & Events to build, engage, and scale a high-impact leadership community. This role will own the end-to-end planning and execution of premium industry events, including awards, leadership summits, CXO roundtables, and forums, while driving long-term community engagement and value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a leadership community comprising CXOs, CHROs, GCC Heads, and ecosystem partners.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of Workplace Awards, leadership summits, CXO roundtables, and forums.
  • Conceptualize event themes, agendas, formats, and attendee journeys.
  • Manage senior stakeholders including speakers, jury members, sponsors, partners, and CXO attendees.
  • Oversee vendors, budgets, timelines, production, and on-ground execution to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams on invitations, promotions, PR, and post-event storytelling.
  • Track and analyze community engagement, event feedback, NPS scores, and growth metrics.
  • Continuously refine event formats and community initiatives based on insights and feedback.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–10 years of experience in community management, corporate events, or leadership engagement.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality, senior-leadership events.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and large-scale event logistics.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and initiatives in parallel.
  • Strong planning, execution, and attention to detail.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
