Position Purpose

As the Manager, Total Rewards you will design, implement, and manage the company’s Total Rewards strategy and programs, to include compensation, benefits, wellness, and payroll. In this role, you will manage competitive, equitable, and scalable Total Rewards strategies and programs that enable us to attract, grow and reward talented KW team members across the organization.

This position will work in the Austin TX corporate office at least (3) days a week.
