Overview
The Manager, Compensation & Benefits Finance is responsible for managing the planning and analysis of Centrally Administered Expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, depreciation, employee pension and benefits, capital taxes, and legal provisions. The incumbent is also responsible for the consolidation and reporting of all Centrally Administered Expenses. The role involves planning, forecasting, and analyzing actual results, applying analytical thinking to drive accuracy and enhance timeliness and efficiency of deliverables, and ensuring appropriate allocations of these expenses to the business lines. This position collaborates with HR teams, Accounting Policy, Business Line Finance, and Taxation.
