About the Opportunity

  • Develop and manage fair, competitive, and transparent compensation strategies
  • Maintain salary structures, policies, and market competitiveness
  • Partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure equitable pay and offers
  • Ensure compliance with pay equity and transparency laws
  • Oversee annual salary, bonus, and incentive processes
  • Support job evaluation, classification, and consistent titling
  • Analyze market data to guide compensation decisions
  • Manage vendor relationships and benefits alignment
  • Communicate and educate teams on total rewards programs

About You

  • 3+ years of experience working within Compensation, including expertise with variable pay, offer letters, bonus modelling, base pay, compensation ratios, and On-target-earnings (OTE)
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
