Job Description
We are looking for a CA-qualified professional with strong experience in financial consolidation and reporting , with a deep understanding of IND AS/IFRS . The role will be responsible for group-level consolidation, preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IND AS
- Strong hands-on experience in group consolidation , including subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting at group and entity level
- Application and interpretation of IND AS standards / IFRS
- Coordinate with auditors (statutory/internal) and manage audit closures
- Prepare disclosures, notes to accounts, and support schedules
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting insights
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
