The Construction Manager is NexGen's senior on-site representative for the ROOK I project, responsible for coordinating all construction activities including responsibility for being the prime contractor. Reporting to the Director of Construction, this role ensures construction is executed professionally, safely, and in alignment with project plans and corporate policies. The Construction Manager drives timely and on-budget and on schedule completion, manages health, safety, and environmental performance, and maintains quality standards. Key duties include overseeing contractors, preparing reports, facilitating meetings, and promoting collaboration across teams. Strong leadership, clear communication, and the capacity to resolve challenges are essential for success in this dynamic environment. A key aspect of the role will be to provide visible leadership to contractors and team members by spending the majority of your time in the field.
