Job Summary:
Manages construction projects, including managing budgets, staffing, and monitoring completion progress. Manages program performance by assisting in evaluating and implementing construction metrics and performance monitoring. Manages safety programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Identifies customer satisfaction and performance issues. Manages vendor relationships by assessing current operational processes while working with team to manage vendors. Obtains advanced research knowledge on vendor relationship management trends and applies strategies to business practices.
Drives the construction management team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of vendor performance analytics and vendor assessment.
