Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the internal customers (the CRM & RM) in all related contracting issues.
- Prepare the Technical Capability Reports (TCR)
- Prepare the Project Analysis reports (PAR)
- Visit the projects financed by DIB periodically to check the progress of the projects and preparing Project Progress Reports (PPR).
- Arrange regular meetings with internal customers CRM & RM to discuss the progress of the projects and the general market feedback especially in case of any deterioration or adverse changes.
- Update the Unit Head on a continuous basis of all the progress and the market feedback.
- Discuss all the information with the concern CRM and CFD to assess the situation and decide any precautions that had to be taken in case of any major delays or deterioration.
