Continuous Improvement team brings together the existing capabilities of portfolio delivery, project management, business sustainability and excellence into one team to drive continuous improvement and deliver common project management standards across the organization

What we do:

Operational Change & Transformation 

  • Improve operational maturity; design and setup Target Operating Models
  • Leverage automation to reduce inefficiencies
  • Deploy capacity management to improve productivity & utilization

    • Process Improvement

  • Standardize processes, eliminate waste and combine similar activities to help improve process flow
  • Design improvements around the Voice of Client (VOC); Improve key performance metrics (quality/ delivery time/ cost/ risk)
  • Set up quality management & knowledge management practices to improve operational effectiveness
