Oversee warehouse Operation including Inbound , Outbound, customer service, Shipment handover. Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle to ensure that all the orders or request are being fulfilled within the SLA that had been agreed with the customer. The logistics Manager will oversee the performance of support team which involve IDM , Safety , Inventory Control , training and Quality to ensure that the operation is being managed as per the customer requirement.
