Summary of responsibilities:

Manager, Contract Performance and Reporting is responsible for CATSA’s Profit Plan for Screening Contractors (PPSC) as well as ongoing reporting on key operational performance data and for providing consultation and liaison services to internal clients. The Manager, Contract Performance and Reporting performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.

What you need to succeed
To qualify for the position, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, math, science, social sciences, or in a specialization relevant to the duties of the position.

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in operations program and services management.

  • A minimum of two (2) years managerial experience leading a team and providing leadership.
