Manager, Controls Testing

Overview

What is the opportunity?

The primary role of the incumbent is to execute control assurance activities, which evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls in line with RBC Risk Management Framework. In addition, if needed, the manager will be responsible to lead and manage a team of Senior Analysts/Analysts to execute control testing. The manager is required to be a domain subject matter expert in risk management practices and control evaluation programs. The incumbent is expected to be a key liaison, working closely in partnership between business units, 2nd line of defense, and Enterprise Control Testing in managing stakeholder engagement and concluding on the overall effectiveness of controls.
