Responsibilities

  • Can act as primary execution manager on transactions, including:Building business cases and financial models,Creating deal structures,Supporting negotiation of LOIs and purchase agreements, andManaging the diligence process
  • Participates well in acquisition sourcing conversations
  • Contributes to creation of a group training agenda
  • Responsible for overseeing transactions and also a key resource to junior staff throughout each stage of the M&A evaluation process
  • Partners closely with the business and operations teams on post-deal integrations
  • Provides strategic recommendations to senior leadership on optimal deal structures, addressing complex issues, while coaching junior teammates on execution and implementation
