Manager, Corporate Development

The Manager, Corporate Development will be a strategic partner to the Vice President, Corporate Development, who directly reports into the Chief Financial Officer of Fortive. This role will support Fortive’s global M&A efforts across both of its business segments, including conducting due diligence, collaborating with teams of operating company leaders and relevant subject matter experts in developing and communicating a point of view on potential acquisitions, investments, and partnership opportunities, as well as delivering all requisite financial modeling, valuation work, and deal execution.

This is a highly visible role, interacting frequently with Operating Company Presidents and other senior leaders, and often representing Fortive with external audiences and prospective targets and partners.
