Manager, Corporate Development

Summary

Reporting to the VP of Corporate Development and Capital Markets, the Manager, Corporate Development will be a key member of Enerflex’s Corporate Finance and Corporate Development team. The team is responsible for Enerflex’s efforts on a global basis, including joint ventures, divestitures, and leads the financial aspects of major project development opportunities in our Asset Ownership business line.

The team advises the company’s Executive Management Team and Board of Directors on short-term and long-term considerations of corporate finance initiatives while also working closely with each Regional President and business teams to provide due diligence, structuring, and deal execution support.
