About the Role

This role owns inventory management, costing, and reconciliation for our Canada and US operations, ensuring seamless integration and robust controls between SOS Inventory, QuickBooks Online, and physical stock. You’ll be centrally involved in our ERP transition —including leading the evaluation and selection process to determine the best‑fit ERP for our business—championing implementation, and driving process improvement for site expansion and compliance. This role reports into the Director of Finance.

What You’ll Do

Inventory & Costing Management

  • Oversee SOS Inventory for all locations and ensure ongoing synchronization with QuickBooks Online and physical stock.
  • Track and reconcile electrical, mechanical, and finished goods inventory monthly, across multiple facilities.
  • Perform WIP and BOM reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies within five business days.
