As the Manager, Credit Policy & Process, Business Banking, you will be responsible for evaluating business opportunities and leading the formulation and execution of policy and process enhancements supporting the Business Banking segment. You will represent Business Banking and collaborate with various internal partners (Risk, Product Teams, Adjudication, Collections etc.) on initiatives to improve the Business Banking customer experience and to generate revenue growth. You will also deliver policy recommendations to Senior Management while working with multiple stakeholders and partners to facilitate the development of new risk‑reward opportunities.
