Job Description

The Manager, CRM & Customer Data Platforms is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Samsung Electronics Canada’s customer data and CRM technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager, CRM, this role owns the enablement of customer data capabilities, audience segmentation, data governance, and CRM execution platforms to support scalable, compliant, and insight-driven lifecycle marketing.

The role is primarily focused on Customer Data Platforms, segmentation, and data governance (approximately 60%), with additional responsibility for CRM execution platforms and vendor management (approximately 40%), including Adobe Campaign Manager and Infobip.
