Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned culture initiatives and workstreams including planning, execution, risk/issue management and evaluation of outcomes.Design and coordinate employee listening activities in partnership with P&I Data & Analytics, including scoping, instrument development, analysis, insight synthesis and action planning.Translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights, narratives and practical recommendations to support decision‑making and action at a senior level.Coordinate and support the operation and maturity of firm‑wide culture enablement activities (e.g. GPS, Ethics Champion Network), including planning, communications and engagement cadence.Apply structured change management and business readiness practices to support successful implementation and transition of initiatives into business‑as‑usual.Build strong working relationships with CLTC peers, Centres of Exc...
