Title:</b> Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)<br/><br/><b>Location:</b> Jaipur, Rajasthan<br/><br/><b>Role are seeking a highly proactive and customer-focused CRM professional to join our jewelry manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer experience, streamlining communication, and driving repeat and premium business opportunities.<br/><br/><b>Key Manage and nurture strong relationships with existing B2B and High-Value clients.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (Design, Production, Logistics).<br/><br/></p><p>- Understand customer requirements and ensure timely order updates & delivery coordination.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.<br/><br/></p><p>- Handle client feedback, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure service excellence.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software/tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for premium jewellery categories.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with Marketing to execute customer engagement and loyalty programs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze customer trends and provide insights to management for business growth.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor service metrics and create regular performance Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>5-7 years</b> of proven experience in CRM, Client Servicing, or Customer Success roles<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in luxury or jewellery industry preferred<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
