Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Customer Service Network to lead and manage a cluster of approximately 10-12 branches within our Motion Industrial Solutions division. This role is critical for ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and continuous productivity improvement across the branch network. The successful candidate will drive process optimisation and leverage technology and AI to optimise our cost to service, while providing strong leadership and fostering a high-performance culture across the teams.
