Job Description

Working in close collaboration with other members of the management team across Mackenzie Health, the Manager, Pharmacy Services - CVH is responsible for the oversight of efficient, safe and high-quality medication management services, in alignment with the organization’s Medication Management Framework. They will ensure that these services reflect evidence- based, outcome-oriented best practices in compliance with safe medication practices, applicable legislation, Ontario College of Pharmacists standards and Accreditation Canada standards. The Manager, Pharmacy Services - CVH has oversight of all pharmacy staff at the Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital (Mackenzie Health). They are responsible for managerial oversight of pharmacy automation as well as all aspects of medication management, including both distribution and clinical services.
