**Preferred Qualifications**
+ **Experience**
+ 5+ years in data science or advanced analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
+ Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in commercial contexts (sales, marketing, eCommerce).
+ Familiarity with recommendation systems, churn modeling, and customer lifetime value analytics.
+ **Technical Skills**
+ Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
+ Experience with cloud-based ML platforms and MLOps practices.
+ Knowledge of data mining and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign Manager, SAP BI).
+ **Business Acumen**
+ Strong understanding of commercial strategies and revenue growth levers.
+ Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
+ **Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
