Role Overview
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of data migration from SAP ECC and legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors. Drive data validation, quality assurance, and transformation activities to deliver accurate and complete datasets for core HR, talent, payroll, and related modules. Establish data governance standards and sustainable processes to maintain data integrity in the new HCMS environment.
Principal Accountabilities
- Lead the data migration lifecycle, including extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL) of HR data from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Establish and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and reconciliation protocols to ensure accuracy and completeness at every stage of migration.
