About the role

We are seeking an experienced leader to take ownership of MyNCVER and related digital data platforms, ensuring they deliver secure, scalable and user‑centred self‑service experiences for our customers.

What you will be doing

• Lead the strategic direction and ongoing development of MyNCVER and NCVER’s digital products
• Own the platform roadmap, prioritising enhancements that improve user experience, accessibility and self‑service capability
• Partner with IT to ensure platforms are secure, stable, scalable and fit‑for‑purpose, supported by shared governance and continuous improvement
• Oversee the delivery of complex projects and platform initiatives from concept to implementation
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team across product, data and service delivery disciplines
