Job Description
The Manager of Data Transformation leads the design and execution of enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for modernizing data architecture, improving data accessibility, and enabling advanced analytics and automation. The manager will work closely with business units, IT, and data stewards to ensure that transformation efforts align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap for data transformation aligned with enterprise priorities and digital initiatives.
Architecture Modernization: Partner with IT to evolve data platforms, pipelines, and integration frameworks to support scalable and secure data operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to identify transformation opportunities and ensure adoption.
