- Drive shared data models, reusable pipelines, and unified governance.
- Align with enterprise architecture and Data & AI foundations.
- Create reusable templates and platform playbooks to scale best practices.
- Structure initiatives, manage risks, define KPIs, and track progress via KPI dashboards.
- Deliver adoption frameworks that enable regions and functions to onboard effectively.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment with senior business and technical stakeholders.
