Main Duties and Scope of the role
The Manager – Digital Marketing will lead and execute high-impact campaigns to drive student acquisition and engagement. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and hands-on execution across digital marketing channels including paid, search, social and emerging platforms. The role is critical in accelerating Study In’s digital growth and scaling acquisition through measurable ROI-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop full-funnel digital campaign strategies including messaging, audience segmentation, optimisation and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the marketing agency to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, align messaging and ensure campaign accuracy.
- Use data insights and analytics to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with creative, web and content teams to deliver high-quality digital assets.
- Monitor platform performance, analytics and campaign dashboards to support conversions.
- Analyse market, platform and competitor trends to inform digital growth strategies.
- Manage and oversee multiple campaigns concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality, precision, and timely execution.
- Work cross-functionally and across global teams to ensure aligned delivery and performance.

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using performance dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing—preferably in higher education, Ed Tech or performance-led businesses
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta and similar platforms
- Strong experience in funnel optimisation, A/B testing and performance measurement
- Experience with landing page optimisation, CRO frameworks and analytics platforms
